UPLIFT

Uplift was created by Kym, a trained Health, Physical and Outdoor Education Teacher who has spent a large amount of time in the outdoor and marine environment, coordinating camps and conducting risk assessments.

She is all too aware that tough situations creep up on us whether that is through being a teacher, parent, coach or community member. Being EDUCATED with a foundation of knowledge to draw from when faced with those situations everyone dreads is of the upmost importance, allowing the support of those around us so they can lead full and ENRICHED lives. 

Kym is passionate about uplifting both skill and confidence levels in those who may be faced with challenging situations, EMPOWERING and building a knowledge in themselves that they can improve the outcome.
